I’ve decided to sell my 2001 Fiat Barchetta which I’ve owned since 2017 – The car has a genuinely low mileage of around 36,000 and has spent most of its time with me in dry storage, it was driven last for the summer of 2022.
The car quite simply must be one of the best examples out there with its low mileage and overall excellent condition.
It is the rare Naxos version meaning it has a different style of gear stick and silver wing mirrors and spent the first few years of its life in southwestern France – the climate was no doubt good for its body work as there is no rust on the car at all.
One of the first things I acquired for the car was a hard top roof which I had custom painted in matt black to give the car a unique look and make it more practical for the winter months, with the option of removing in the summer.
There were no issues with the car last year and I’ve decided to sell because this car has never really been enjoyed by me due to various other commitments and other projects.
The car deserves an owner who will enjoy and look after it, and this one certainly is worthy of being taken to shows – it got plenty of attention at Gawsworth Hall’s Young timer car show.
The interior is also very clean, and there is good documentation and the Red Key. It has a custom CD Radio which gives the car a retro feel, and as the speedometer is still in the original Km/h I’ve installed a digital HUD Display that is easily connected to the OBD2 Port and gives a digital reading of the speed in MPH that is more accurate than an analogue reading.
Whilst I am happy to answer any questions about the car, I only want view requests from serious buyers please – the car is in the Cheshire area and is currently SORN.
Price – £8000
